Have you ever felt this way?

Holding onto something that you once had an emotional connection with? The distance that has grown between the hearts that were once so strong, what went wrong? The realization of what was, but now is not, where did this situation start to be synthetic? The smiles have weakened and the kisses were no longer full of sparks. The alteration throughout the conversations here and there, from eight hours long to eight minutes. Conflicts that build up in a process of trying to figure out what went wrong. There isn’t anything that could be stopped, but the communication does. Despite the fact that each other still cares, the labels drop.
The hands let go, and so does the heart.
